Saya is operated by Augado EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC: [your UIC]). We provide an AI-powered virtual try-on and personal styling experience for fashion brands and end consumers.

2. What Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed).
• Profile data: body measurements, style preferences, and size information you provide.
• Photos and images (including facial images): photos you upload for virtual try-on (selfies that show your face, dress images, venue photos). A selfie you upload will typically contain your face ("face data"). These images are processed using third-party AI services to generate styled outputs. See Section 5b (Face Data) for exactly how facial images are collected, used, shared, and retained.
• Usage data: in-app interactions, feature usage, session duration, device type, OS version, and app version.
• Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, crash logs, and analytics events.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the virtual try-on and styling features, including by sending your photos to third-party AI services for image generation (see Section 5a).
• To personalise your experience and style recommendations.
• To communicate service updates, security notices, and support responses.
• To analyse aggregate usage and improve model performance (anonymised).
• To comply with legal obligations under Bulgarian and EU law.
